Delivery Time

Our usual delivery estimate is approximately 7–14 calendar days from the date you place your order. This includes order processing and weekends. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with your destination, carrier delays, customs processing and public holidays.

Where We Ship

We ship to the destinations available at checkout. Enter your delivery address to see the shipping options available for your order.

Shipping Charges

Available shipping options and any shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Where free shipping is offered, it covers delivery charges only and does not include import duties, import taxes or customs handling charges.

Import Duties And Taxes

Your order may be shipped internationally. Unless a charge is expressly collected at checkout, you are responsible for any import duties, import taxes and customs or carrier handling charges assessed by your destination country. These charges are separate from our shipping charges. This does not change any tax collection obligations that apply to us.

Tracking And Delivery Support

When tracking information is available, we will include it in your shipping notification. Please check that your delivery address is correct before placing your order. If you need to request a correction, or your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, email help@twobooster.com with your order number so we can help.

This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law, including your rights if goods are not delivered or do not match your order.
